Helpful Hints to order your Christmas Cards

Christmas and the Festive Season are fast approaching. The sooner you get organized with those Christmas greeting cards the better. Listed below are some simple instructions for you on how to order your personalised Christmas cards or business Christmas cards through an online service?

With most online Christmas card businesses you can place your order either by email or phone as well as using an online ordering form.

Online: You select the design and type in the personalised details you want on your card and then add the completed information into the shopping cart. You can then pay online, using secured credit card systems to make your payment.

Telephone: You can contact the online Christmas card Company directly on the number they supply and they will take all the relevant information from you by phone. You can then either pay again by credit card or you can forward payment by cheque or post and you can arrange your payment option over the phone. When the company has received the payment they will then start working on your Christmas cards.

Email: You can forward an email directly to the Christmas card Company including all the details that they would normally require in their online ordering system and they will normally invoice you for payment and once funds are received they will start the proofing work required to get your Christmas cards underway.

Sometimes it is possible with online, email or by phone that you make an error in the information you request for your card. This is usually not a big problem as the company will have proofing processes in place to ensure that you can correct any errors that are made and they will be in touch with you prior to any printing actually taking place. You will be requested to confirm the final product before they get started with printing. Therefore you will see proofs of the expected final product well before they start so you will have ample opportunity to be able to make any changes.

So what is a proof or the proofing process?
A proof is documentation that will show you what will appear on your Christmas cards. The proof will show you the colour and style of the text that you have selected and will allow that you can re-read all the text and therefore correct any errors that may have occurred during the preparation process, if any. The proofing process will give you ample opportunity to make any changes and these changes should be free of charge. Make sure that the online Christmas card business you choose offers proofing alterations free of charge from the beginning, the good ones will.

What if you change your mind completely?
Well in most cases if you decide not to go ahead with your order you will find that the reputable online Christmas card companies will offer you a refund. Read the terms and conditions of any bookings for cards carefully to ensure you are dealing with a reputable firm. You will often find that the reputable firms will have a clear and concise FAQ or frequently asked questions section included on their website.

What if your language is not English but the website is in English?
Generally this is no problem, the online Christmas card Company can print in the text you require you just need to give them the text you wish to print in the language you want it. In many cases you will find they can print for you in dual languages the same card so you have a lot of choices for your personalised Christmas cards.

What kinds of cards can you make?
There are a variety of card options and you can personalize cards to your own choice or use samples already available from the online Christmas card companies. Here are some of the options on offer:

Humorous Christmas Cards
Traditional Christmas Cards
Modern Christmas Cards
Contemporary Christmas Cards
Business Christmas Cards
Fun Christmas Cards
Classic Christmas Cards

Bespoke Christmas Cards

What about the envelopes for your Christmas cards?
All of the cards you order should come with matching envelopes and this should be included in the costs. Make sure that you check this as the reputable Christmas card companies will include the envelopes and if you can not find information about the envelopes being included then check with the company to make sure they are providing you these as well.

10 Christmas Tips For Cutting Down Holiday Stress and Enjoying the Season

For many modern families, Christmas is magical, wonderful and also filled with stress.  There are so many last minute things to do, traditions to uphold, expectations to be met and relatives to appease.  But how do you minimize the crunch and pressures without sacrificing holiday joys? Here are ten tips to help you get there.

1. Start early. Most people don’t plan an important vacation to an exotic locale right before they expect to leave on the trip. They realize to get the best reservations at a great price, they have to make arrangements in advance.  Yet so many of us feel we can crowd all the holiday shopping, baking, card writing, entertaining, decorating and wrapping into a few short weeks.  Give yourself more time to do these things, and it will automatically be less stressful.

2. If you’re doing photo Christmas cards, eliminate the big picture taking session.  Instead, look at some of the great pictures you have already taken over the summer or during fall excursions.  If you don’t have one fabulous group snapshot of the family, take advantage of the trend in multiple photo holiday cards and use individual pictures you like of each of your kids.

3. Make sure you get your Christmas cards early.  You can find deep discounts right after the holidays on boxed greetings or you can order them in advance online.  As soon as you get them, address all the envelopes, sign and seal and put aside to mail later.

4. Keep a gift idea notebook.  All year long, if a friend or loved one mentions they like something or they have an new interest or hobby, jot it down.  Keep lists of gift possibilities. That way, when it’s time to shop for presents, you don’t have to spend lots of time wandering around malls, wondering what to buy.

5. In fact, avoid the mall.  Yes, black Friday deals can be very enticing, but that item will probably be long gone by the time you get there.  Even if you haven’t done much shopping online in the past, this is the time to do it.  There are even better discounts in internet stores, some with free shipping, and you won’t have to deal with the traffic, parking or crowds.

6. Instead of wrapping presents, use dollar store gift bags. Just add a bit of tissue paper and you’re done. If you do decide to wrap your gifts, wrap them as you buy them or when the package arrives in the mail. That way you avoid letting them pile up and having to do it all at once.

7. Simplify your decorating.  Pre-lit Christmas trees, wreaths and garland have big impact and are quick and easy to set up. But it might be time to consider cutting back on the little holiday knick knacks that take hours to place around the house.

8. Trade holiday tasks with a friend.  If you enjoy baking cookies, but dread stringing the lights, and she hates the kitchen, but loves to decorate, then swap jobs.  The result is that you’re both doing a project you like and passing up one that causes you stress.

9. Lighten your holiday entertaining burden. If your entire family is descending on your house for Christmas, announce it’s potluck this year and ask everyone to bring a dish. Or spend a little extra for once and let your favorite deli or gourmet food shop make some of the food.  Remember, there’s nothing wrong with slice and bake cookies or cutting other corners.

10. Make a list of all of the holiday things you feel compelled to do every year, and then go over it carefully and see what you can cut out or at least, where you can cut down.  Then, find the one thing on that list that may take a lot of time and effort, but it brings you and your family joy.  Concentrate on doing that with all heart.

If you plan ahead, simplify, ask for help and cut down, you’ll be free to enjoy the family traditions you truly love.  Instead of losing sleep, running around and rushing to make it through the holidays, you’ll have some extra time to create wonderful new Christmas memories.

Optimus Prime Transformers costumes include the headpiece (a full face mask) and full jumpsuit. Some of the optional accessories that are available include an Optimus Prime sword and Optimus Prime gloves.

Creating a Great Snow White Costume This Halloween Season

Mirror! Mirror on the wall. Who’s the fairest of them all?

Along with her seven dwarves, Snow White still captures a fantastic character fit for an exciting occasion like Halloween. When we think of Halloween, we usually think of ghosts and demons and wicked beings. However, Halloween is not only about these characters. There are also characters that remind us of the wicked people that are associated with them. As such, Snow White reminds us of the terrifying wickedness of her step mother and the magic mirror she uses for her wicked plans.

Snow White’s mother was a kindhearted queen. However, when her mother died shortly, her father, the King, remarried to an evil witch who tried to kill her. She ran quickly into the depths of the woods and met the Seven Dwarves. The dwarves considered her a part of the family. Eventually, she was able to meet her Prince Charming and restored peace into the land.

The most popular of all portrayals of Snow White was created by Walt Disney in an animation released in 1937. She wore a yellow skirt, a blue bodice, and a red cape with a white-stand-up collar. Women and little girls alike can use this portrayal for any Halloween occasion, be it partying or trick-or-treating.

There are also other versions available in the market to fit other girl’s taste in costumes. One of them is the sexy Snow White costume. This costume can be worn with a short or long skirt depending on one’s choice. This gives the character a more adult look.

If you want to remain loyal to the Brothers Grimm version of the character, you can go for the Goth Snow White costume. You can create or buy this Snow White outfit. It features shades of red and black as the primary colors to use. This is the best version to use if you are truly looking for a costume to fit for the Halloween theme since it depicts a gothic character.

This Halloween, look forward to meeting your Prince Charming by choosing to use a Snow White costume. Be it the Snow White from the Walt Disney animation classic, the sexy Snow White with an adult twist, or the Goth Snow White with the grim appearance that you choose, you are on your way to make all mirrors declare you the fairest one of all wherever you go.

Thor adores almost all disney movies. His favorite is Snow White and the Seven Dwarves which is why he started a Snow White Costumes website. There you can find costumes for infants and adult snow white princesses costumes.
